1. Shipping Destinations & Fees
We primarily serve and ship orders to the United States market. We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders sitewide. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges applied at checkout.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
The total time required to receive your order is broken down into processing time and shipping time:
- Order Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, product quality inspection, careful packaging, and dispatch from our fulfillment center. Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping Time: 7 - 14 business days. This refers to the duration it takes for the item to travel from our fulfillment center to your designated delivery address.
Total Estimated Delivery Window: 8 - 17 business days from the date of purchase.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier lookup link will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier network portals.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
Should you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at support@gainssteel.shop within 1 - 2 hours of placing the order. Once this time window has expired, the order enters our automated fulfillment line and cannot be modified or canceled. In such cases, you may return the product after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
5. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as severe weather anomalies, carrier logistic bottlenecks, or high-volume peak seasons may occasionally cause unexpected delays. If your package experiences a significant delay beyond our standard window, please reach out to us, and we will immediately investigate with the courier.
6. Import Duties, Customs & Taxes
For destinations within the United States, orders are generally delivered without additional customs fees. However, please be advised that the recipient is fully responsible for any local import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees, or state-specific assessments levied by local authorities upon entry. Gainssteel has no control over these external compliance charges.
