At Gainssteel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home fitness gear. If you need to make a return, we provide a transparent 90-day return window governed by the guidelines below.

1. Return Window

You have a period of 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after this 90-day period are not eligible for a return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To ensure a valid return and subsequent refund, the item must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The product must be completely unused, clean, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be housed in its original packaging, containing all accompanying premium accessories (including the Arm Trainer, Ab Wheel mechanism, training backpack, yoga mat, tools, and manuals).
  • You must provide the order number, original store receipt, or valid proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping Fees

The customer is fully responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. We strongly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our facilities.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send an email to our support team at support@gainssteel.shop specifying your order number and your request.
  2. Our team will verify your purchase and, if eligible, send you the correct return authorization along with the specific return center address.
  3. Securely pack the unused item along with all original accessories, mail it via a trackable carrier, and reply to our support thread with the tracking number.

Crucial Notice: Please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer or to the address printed on your initial shipping label without prior authorization from us. Unauthorized returns cannot be inspected or approved.

5. Sale & Promotional Items

We do not have a "Final Sale" restriction on regular items. All items purchased on our store are eligible for returns within the 90-day window, provided they fully comply with the unused condition requirements detailed above.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the processing structure and timelines for refunds once an authorized return has been safely received at our inspection facility.

1. Return Inspection & Approval Status

Upon receipt of your returned item, our fulfillment team will perform a physical inspection to verify that the product remains completely unused and contains all original premium components. We will immediately send you an email notification confirming the arrival of your package and informing you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the items.

2. Refund Processing Timelines

If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (such as PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, or Shopify Payments).

Please note that it typically takes 3 - 10 business days for the refunded amount to officially post to your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company's internal processing intervals.

3. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have received an approval confirmation but do not see the credit after 10 business days, please check the following steps:

  • Review your bank statement or credit card billing portal again.
  • Contact your credit card issuer or financial institution directly, as banking systems frequently require a standard processing lag time before transactions clear publicly.
  • If you have completed these steps and still have not received the funds, please email us at support@gainssteel.shop so we can cross-verify the transaction details.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If the fitness kit arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us at support@gainssteel.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photos or a brief video displaying the defect. We will evaluate the documentation immediately and arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
